“Are we there yet”? you excitedly ask yourself on the approach to your stay. Speed up the start of your stay and save time by confirming all your details online before you arrive. As soon as you get here, park up, collect your bags and come to reception. Go to your designated pre-check-in area, collect your key and head up to your bedroom. No need to queue. 

Please ensure you pre-register before you arrive to avoid queues at reception and a build of up guests. It’s our Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels way of safeguarding guests and our teams.

Here’s a quick run through of what you’ll need to check-in online

• Start by clicking on the big button below. You’ll go straight to your online check-in page and you’ll need your confirmation number, departure date and the surname used to make the booking. You’ll find all of this information in all of the emails we’ve sent you.
• Once logged in you can check all your contact details are correct or complete any missing details. You’ll need to complete all relevant details before checking-in.
• You can add extra people to your bookings so that we can arrange extra key cards for your party.
• Please give us your car make, model and registration number and tell us roughly what time you’ll be arriving so that your key card will be ready in time.
• You can add your credit card details when you check-in online. We store these details securely and it allows you to charge things back to your bedroom during your stay. You can choose to skip giving us your credit card number and you’ll just have to remember to pop back to reception at some point if you do want to charge things to your bedroom during your stay. We are a cash-free resort, so, please pay by debit or credit card.
• Where someone is treating you all on your holiday and you want to charge everything back to the bedroom, then simply pop back to reception once you’ve settled in (and it’s a bit quieter) and we’ll take a pre-authorisation of your credit card to allow you to charge everything back to your bedroom. You won’t be able to charge things to your bedroom until we have taken this pre-authorisation.
• Once you hit the check-in button, that’s it, the job is done. You may receive further pre-stay emails from us regarding your stay but you won’t receive an email to confirm you’ve checked-in.

When you arrive

• We know you’re excited to get here, you can arrive any time after 3:00pm.
• Your key card will be ready 30 minutes before the arrival time you give us, so if you arrive a little bit earlier than planned we should still be ready for you. Once in reception, there will be a clearly marked area for key card collection for guests who have pre-checked-in. Head to the desk, pick up your key and go. No need to fill out any more forms or sign anything. If you didn't complete your credit card details during the check-in process, we will take it at reception for any extras you need to charge to your bedroom during your stay.
